Up to 10 kids at a time with our Rise package. Up to 25 kids at a time (with rotation) with our Rip and Rampage packages. Your Sandbox host will assist in rotating kids through so that everyone gets a turn.

Sand stays in the trailer. We groom the sand between sessions and clean up completely before we leave.

Cancellations made 14 or more days before your event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of your event date are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once at no charge.

Totally! We serve all of Northern California. Travel fees apply based on distance from our home turf in Concord, Ca. Contact us for locations beyond 50 miles.

Clear vehicle access so we can tow the trailer to your setup location. We require a flat surface approximately 20ft long x 10ft wide. Driveways, parks, parking lots and event venues all work great. Grass works too as long as it is not muddy and relatively level.

Access to a standard outdoor electrical outlet for battery charging. No outlet available? Let us know when booking and we will work something out.

We arrive 45 min-1 hour before your event start time for setup. Breakdown takes about 30 min after the session ends.

Yup! As long as there is enough ceiling clearance and floor space. Indoor venues, warehouses and event halls all work well. Contact us to discuss your specific venue.

Light rain? No problem! We can operate under a canopy.

Heavy rain or severe wind? We reschedule at no charge. We monitor weather closely and will always contact you in advance if conditions are a concern.

Absolutely! All RC equipment and controllers are sanitized between every event. Sand is groomed and maintained regularly. Full sand replacement is performed on a scheduled basis.

Yeah! Every single booking includes a trained Sandbox host. They run the session, manage the RC fleet, rotate kids through and ensure everyone is safe and having fun from start to finish.

Always! Sandbox by Billings Studio LLC carries full commercial general liability insurance. We are licensed and insured to operate at private residences, parks, venues and corporate properties across Northern California. A certificate of insurance is available upon request for any venue that requires it.
